We had a blast in the arcade. But our dinning experience was awful! We got our appetizer before our drinks, they didn’t ring in my order so i didn’t get to eat with my friends. (They comped my meal which i appreciated), but they told me they would rush my food, so it would only be 10 minutes. It took 25 for my burger and fries to come out, so i Just took it in a box because we were on a time crunch and wanted time to play games. But my boyfriend and i each got a burger, and he had food poisoning the next morning. So i went right to the fridge and tossed my burger out. I’m torn, because my drink was delicious (when i finally received it) and the games were so fun! Also I’ve been a server and bar tender for 8 years, so I’m always so understanding. But this was just terrible. I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad service. And our server didn’t even seem phased that it was going poorly. She didn’t communicate with us, and acted like she didn’t care at all. We Will definitely be going back to the arcade but will not be eating there ever again. That’s for sure.
Took a while to even get acknowledged at the bar and then she said I'll be right with you, and then disappeared. Another bartender asked if we needed anything, and then we were good, because I started a tab. After that tab was established, we had great service.
You have to take a place for what it is people! And this place is plain fun! Plenty of games for young and old. I have gone here multiple times and can't think of a time where I had to truly wait in order to find some activity I wound up enjoying. Of course you have the typical games where you earn tickets for the store...Bit the menu here is SO much better than a Craig's Cruisers or Chucky Cheese's (I'd say still slightly sub-Applebee's, where I admittedly never go, but still great in comparison to other places like this), AND there is a full bar. Not that I am advocating getting hammered while playing games, do that at home if you want and NOT here. But it IS nice to have the option to reach for an adult beverage rather than a soda. Service staff should be trained better and held to higher standards, but again...you shouldn't expect the moon here! You're up and playing games enough, take a few steps and ask your server for some help. ;) All-in-all it's a fun gaming establishment where you can get a halfway decent meal and adults can have a great time as well.
I know you're cut, but get our drinks and then transfer it to the closers.
Don't come for the service or food, but the drinks are fun. Weak, but fun. The people are always friendly, when they make it to your table. The games are fun and change every so often, but it's easy to blow through your budget. The multiplayer games are fun, more of those would be great! Hopefully they step up the food or get rid of it altogether!
Had lunch here at 11:00 AM for an X-mas work meeting. Our waitress took our orders and served us timely. She was polite and all. However, in the two+ hours we were there, our waitress became a rare siting, and eventually disappeared on us altogether. Especially after collecting cheques and tips. No one came to refill drinks or clear tables the whole time. And it wasn't like the place was busy at that time of day. Giving two stars, since my meal was pretty good.
