At the end of the day, I purchased a lightly used demo bike for thousands less than the newer version. It does have very minor dings and scratches, but I knew this going into the purchase. So far the bike has been a blast to ride and everything the sales associate told me was accurate.
If I could I would give 4 1/2 stars. I thought the team was superb with little complaints. It's too bad they don't give discounts on parts, free service or anything else you get from some of the smaller shops when purchasing a bike. Rating a 5 star instead.
Upon walking in I was almost instantly greeted and helped. The sales associate was knowledgeable and took the time to go over even the smallest detail or simple question. I was able to quickly demo a couple different bikes with no hassle from the sales team, and they let me take my time by having an inviting and no pressure experience.
I purchased my first bike here a few years ago. Everytime I stopped in the shop the staff has always been super helpful. I recently had my bike in for a few minor repairs. When I picked up my bike it was fantastic. I am very happy I bought my bike here and to be acquainted with the great staff. Cheers!!!
EVERY TIME I WENT THEY WOULD UP WHATEVER THE PRICE WAS TO $5.00 MORE EVERY SINGLE TIME IN I FELT LIKE MY COLOR WAS AN ISSUE EVERY SINGLE TIME

Went there to buy a Trek Marlin 4 (2017 model) which they had in stock and the salesman would not sell it to me. Just kept pushing the more expensive 2018 model. Seems like some commission is better than no commission.
