I would give zero stars if it was an option. The people are rude and not helpful at all. I made a reservation 8 months prior and they tell me that they don't have the vehicles on the morning of pick-up. The van they do give me (late) is not the one requested and drives terribly. I will never use Avis again.
Reserved a full size car and was given mid size. Was told price would be adjusted when we dropped off no problems. When we dropped off the car the woman at the counter who was a different person than we initially delt with said we were charged the full amount of the full size car and if we wanted a refund of the difference we had to call the avis 800# and maybe they can refund the dif. for us. The 1st lady we delt with was nice and I was ok with getting down graded she was at least helpful. Lady there at drop off was extremely un helpful and acted like us asking a question was taking up her precious time. Next time we will be using the airport regardless of price difference!
