Magistrate is a liar. Expects others to be honest but is not herself. Great that they work around your schedule for court, but than turn around an call you to either settle our reschedule because officer can't be there. Humm, he knew in advance to be there he should have made other arrangements. Come to find out they both just wanted to leave.. I knew I was screwed having a late (4:45) hearing. I shouldn't have said yes to impeading because I did nothing wrong.... State law says you can go thru a yellow light with caution which I did. I was very aware of my surroundings and didn't speed up. Maintained my speed. It's all about the money. Don't trust police or magistrate. She had mind already made up before I got there.. Who calls to settle a case??????? Kentwood..
