It was not good at all. I found something to buy & b\c they didn't have the check l sent on my bill they refused to let me charge on my account. I have been a customer for over 40 years & have never been late but the check I sent was not received, so they declined me to buy a pair of shorts. I may cancel my catd & tell everyone about this horrible treatment. Its ridiculous to do this to a customer that has never been late before and always pays there bill on time.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I brought in a skirt to return, unworn with tags and the store receipt. She told me it was outside of their brand new 60 day return policy (by 2 days). She said she had to open an investigation on my account. The policy states 365 days for store returns. It seems all sales are final here at this failing retailer. Hopefully they go out of business soon. I could sell it myself for much more than I paid. No wonder this place is suffering!
They dont carry calvin klien jeans. And when we did find one that did, it was a single pair that didnt fit.
