David was my agent for 19 years. If you want an agent that will go to bat for you David is not your man. After many phone calls finally received help someone in corporate. This is in regards to home and car policy. State Farm is a good company but David is not a good agent. I would not recommend him anyone. He would not even return my calls.
I have been with the David Elles office for over 10 years. David always answers my questions and is very patient as I work my way through understanding everything. He's helped me with covering several different vehicles throughout the years and most recently with life insurance and driver's training questions. On several occasions I have worked everything through with associates in the office and they are always top notch. Even though I relocated to the Ada area and now live in Sparta, I have continued to work through Davids office due to the wonderful customer service I always receive from him and his staff.
I have had insurance with David for several years. Great agent, and a pleasant environment. Excellent and fast customer service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone (I recommended my sister)! He is a fantastic agent!
Great Agent and is there for his customers in every way and through all the steps in any process that may arise. Will probably my final insurance agent and we will see retirement together. I would highly recommend his agency as all his office staff follow his example in customer care.
Been meaning to send this out but just getting around to it now. Wanted to thank you for your help back in January when I was involved in two accidents on the same day. Seemed like a confusion situation that could have ended up costing lots of coin based on what State Farm corporate was telling me. So nice work and thanks again for being all over it!
