Downside is, they recently started using some kind of scented perfume machine. When you walk in it is so strong you almost gag and it's so overwhelming it's difficult to breathe. I used to love browsing in there but now I just come in when I have to and leave as soon as possible.
Came in today to trade in my Xbox one because they had a promotion going on for extra cash. The transaction was handled in a timely manner and the customer service was very good and the trade in value was better than Gamestop! Definitely coming back on a weekly basis!
Thanks for the awesome experience at this store.. we went in looking for a tool to open an old super Nintendo game and an employee instead opened it right up for us with no "salesman vibe", which was refreshing. The other employee had really long beautiful hair and he was polite as well as informed, having no problem answering our questions. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for games, movies, memorabilia, or even just to browse.
