Very professional.

He came back to tell me he was done however, I had to ask him to reconnect the water line to the toilet and replace the covers that hide the toilet mounts which he had thrown away. Also when he remounted the toilet, the shims are all sticking out and are not flush with the base and left me to re caulk.

They charged me a $550 labor charge for 30 minutes of work. I called them to clear a clog in a clay tile line from my garage floor drain to a creek. I had already done the work of identifying where the clog was and told them in advance that they would have to come at it from the creek end. They guy still came unprepared. He had to borrow my waders, a screwdriver, and a mallet from me. He water-jetted the clog, and kept mentioning that the machine he was using was a $100,000 piece of equipment. What he didn't mention is that I can get an attachment for a pressure washer that does the exact same thing for ~$70 on Amazon. Save yourself the money water jet your own pipes. Your wallet will thank you.

They arrived early and fixed the problem quickly. The technician removed his boots even though I said it wasn't necessary. The invoice was less than the telephone estimate. I really liked that part.

30 minutes of fixing my shower handle plus 90 minutes of "searching for parts" resulted in a $335 job. The part they needed cost $30. That equals $150 per hour if you include their hunt for the part, or $600 per hour of actual work. Did not list any of this information on the receipt though... just a $335 charge. Look elsewhere.

They sent their technician out on a Saturday. He cleared my drain line (as best as it could be cleared), identified problems a previous plumber couldn't (giant root nodes in the sewer line), and handled the scheduling of a follow-up appointment to get cut the roots out.

Called to have a clog removed from my commercial toilet. He was there within 30 minuets, however after multiple tries with multiple pieces of equipment the toilet needed to be removed which was now filled to the top with brown sewer water. After attempting to get some of the water out of the toilet and spilling it all over the floor, he then walked through the front of my store and back of my store tracking sewer water on his boots. After working with the strip center manager, the clog was discovered near the street.
