They were up front regarding their fees which seemed reasonable.
First time here for service. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving my pet with them for grooming and a bath.
I bought a groupon for puppy classes in July and have left multiple messages. I have yet to receive a call back. The groupon expires in Dec. I am so frustrated. Do not buy a groupon from All Heart Pet Care.
It was a good decision on my part to bring my pet to All Heart Pet Care! Riley's sitter was hands on and just as playful as he was! My dog was comforted and well taken care of, which is all I wanted. For that peace of mind, the price was well worth it. I will give you guys a call if I need you in the future!
I am very happy with how the staff treats my dog. Every time I bring him in for a bath or boarding he is excited to see everyone. I am never concerned when I leave him there and I know he feels safe and welcomed by everyone. Great place!
We were very satisfied with the the haircut my dog received.
Terrible dog wash. My girlfriend brought my husky in for a bath because he was starting to smell like a teenage boy on a camping trip! When I called to set up the appointment, they said they would need him for at least four hours...yes, four, and they’d call when he was done. Four hours later, no call. We waited another hour or so and called them, they said he’d be done in a bit and told me to call back; pretty unprofessional. All in all, it took til closing time to get my dog back and he STILL stank like a sumo wrestler in a sauna! You know what the kicker is? He got fleas. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I’ll be taking my doggo to Petco from now on. They’re the same price and Petco makes SURE they’re clean, smell great and brushed out well and this INCLUDES nail trimming! Definitely won’t be going back here for the wash; at least for their dog wash it's, a waste of money.
