Bought a car after my deployment, it had an issue, when I came back after a week,they told me they cannot fix it even after they said they would. What a way to screw a service man,I thought they were reliable apparently not. Don't get assistance from a guy called Josh even Jason so untrustworthy.be carful here guys make sure you pay attention don't get to excited even when you find the car you been looking for.
I was in the market for an inexpensive truck. I didn't want to spend a lot due to the fact that I'm in the service and I'm often deployed, so the truck sits a lot. I found the perfect truck on their website and went in to check it out. The truck was even better in person than what I had seen online. The were able to show me a detailed inspection sheet and all of the reconditioning done to the vehicle. That was important to me because I didn't want to buy someone else's problem. Nick, Andrew and Mike were awesome to work with. They secured financing for me at a great rate and I even receive a free 6 month warranty. This is an awesome family environment to buy a car. I strongly recommend them to all of my friends and family.
As most people looking for a used vehicle I was hesitant to even give a used car dealership my cell number. My experience with Josh and Andrew at J Brinks completely reversed this past feeling... coming out of a divorce I needed someone to be willing to work with me. The impression I got from J Brinks was it was a privilege to. I was treated with respect and dignity despite I may not have been the easiest to finance. Andrew and Josh got me into the truck I wanted at a budget I could afford. They went above and beyond when they did ALL the legwork for me with MINIMAL phone calls. Everything from financing to insurance as I'm on the road constantly. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. It wasn't the typical cheesy used car salesman friendly either. It was the genuine this is who I am friendly. I was so impressed with how these guys conducted business that I couldn't wait to write this review. Bottom line... I WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by this dealership. I can't say enough good things about them. Andrew and Josh, thank you again it was truly a pleasure. I would without hesitation refer absolutely anyone and everyone to this dealership.
We were stuck in a very bad loan situation with a company that harassed and badgered us. We had two cars that weren't the greatest, but were driveable. We came to J Brinks hoping for a miracle and they delivered. They accepted both of our cars as trade-ins and put us in two newer cars releasing us from our bad loan situation. We had a very specific price range to work within and through some excellent negotiation, they were able to strike a deal within the price range. We demanded a lot from them and they worked tirelessly to find a solution that worked for all of us. Lots of places won't go above and beyond to make the sale with a potential customer. They did and that is definitely worth the recommendation.
