Went in to the store in the holiday mood. Leaving out was not what I expected. The employee at the check out was the worst I could ever experience. I was told I needed to leave my child and the cart to move the cart on the opposite side of me while they ring my groceries up. I was so upset and felt violated for a stranger to have my child moved away from me. I can't imagine how my child felt. You need to do better on your new system. I can't imagine this will workout for parents with children shopping with them. Membership will be cancelled soon. THANKS BUT NO THANKS.☹
Always quality products at Sam's club, name brands for a very reasonable price! Every time I have tried their own brand, Members Mark, it has been way more than just adequate. And their clothing is all exceptional and name brands! I have never been disappointed.
The ambiance was fanfrickentastic. The staff was friendly. However, the simple syrup is not an acceptable substitute for sugar. Use an organic option of good ole fashion sugar. Or give the customer a choice. Also, give us a half & half option or 100% cream instead of the whole milk from cream on the top option. Please.
Good prices. Some great deals. Large quantities when needed of quality products. Their own products I have tried are all quality and awesome price. Would recommend as a place to shop. Eye on business needs.
The gas station attendant saved a customer's day. The person was from the Detroit area and his battery failed at the pumps. The attendant said he had a battery booster available and gave the car a jump. Customer was very thankful. The attendant was kind and courteous. Nice to see.
