Kevin was absolutely awesome, he was very helpful and nice letting us know all our options. 10/10 would go back to this location because of Kevin. The wait was pretty long though I would recommend making an appointment.
Very poor customer service... This location is one of the only repair services in town... long waiting time for anything... Very short staffed... Not so helpful in regards to getting back to customers... Will not go back... If you look at other reviews they agree with mine... Unfortunately l had to go for a screen replacement on my phone because it was the only location for repairs... And again would not recommend... Save your self a headache and go threw Sprint or hope for a new Sprint repair center...
I had a very good customer experience with the agent Bryce today. While I was not able to get a resolution on a billing issue (to upgrade a phone) that has been going on for the last year from a phone purchase upgrade/and phone transfer (previously called the national Sprint number multiple times for resolution but no one seemed to understand or falsely stated it would be changed). Bryce went above and beyond in contacting customer service, even after his manager made a point that it would have to go back to last point of sale to get it corrected. Bryce, in the end, stated the same thing but was able to at least tell me it is a contract issue where they cannot see a private store contract to get this corrected. We ended up buying a phone outright and got it set up. He was very patient and calm. Store was busy, best to call ahead or set up apt time if in a rush.
This is one of the best sprint stores! Kevin is super awsome! Hint: go on a snowy day then they are super slow!
