I don't usually write reviews but I really have to for these guys. Nice and helpful staff. I hadn't done anything at UPS before so I asked the guy to help me out, and he was the nicest guy I ever met. A lot better than any USPS store I have ever been.
I am here often, and the two guys I normally see are always great. Great customer service here, and make sure you get everything you need done, properly. And I have only spent a max of 5 minutes here. Even with 3 ppl in front of me.

I don't even want to give them a star point. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Was promised that my package would arrive on a Friday (I went in on a Wed.)...not only did it NOT arrive, I found out on Friday - 1 hour before they closed that they hadn't even sent the package..because they didn't have the right packing material. Now I'm glad they wanted this item packaged correctly, HOWEVER, I should have been informed on Wednesday..when they realized they had to order some special material!! When i checked with my son to see if it had arrived (on Friday) (for a very special birthday btw) and it hadn't...I had to call the UPS store here and that's when i found out what happened. They said it would be going out on Friday evening..and not arrive until Tuesday of the next week. The young man I was talking to said he would check with the manager/owner to see if it could get there by Monday (by them paying the extra $ it would cost, because i told them I would not pay anymore), it already was a huge amount! The manager/owner called me back before they closed - I guess he thought because he called me back within the hour that that was their good customer service. He explained about the packing material, etc, etc. never taking blame that they had made the mistake...NOT me!! It was not my fault that they didn't have what they needed on Wed when I took the item in...it definitely was poor customer service for not calling me...at all...and letting me know that it would not get there on time and giving me an option to ship it another way. I have used them in the past...I definitely will NOT use them in the future. No real "I'm sorry" even...trying to make their excuse that they wanted to make sure it was packed correctly (which I do appreciate that); what I don't appreciate is that they didn't even bother to call and give me an option. A very expensive experience that will never happen again!
very friendly & fast staff, had a heavy package in the car, went in & was immediately greeted, they guy asked what he couod help me with, i said i have a package in the car thats got some weight, he was eager to help, got it & asked if it was ready to go, i said no so he promptly assisted in getting it ready, i was in and out in just afew minutes & their were 3 other customers in the store at the time.
