My dryer broke so i only needed to dry my clothes. Was told that i couldn't just dry that it was for customers only?!! I will no longer use this place ever again. Bubble magic is the way to go
This Laundromat is extremely dirty. A third of the dryers have "Do not work" signs on them. The attendant (female) was observed several times screaming at customers... Once at a young Mom in front of her little girls because she accidentally put money in a dryer that didn't work. I have used this location over the last 15 years when our dryer was not working. It has REALLY deteriorated.
***zero stars*** After my dryer broke I went to dry my clothes as I had been for about a month and was told I could not have change and her facilities were for customers only and to leave. She said she was the manager there and to leave. I have never been treated so rudely as a customer and will never go back again. Not just bad customer service but poor people skills as well.
Dirty dirty dirty. It's ashame that this is the closest laundry mat near me.
Horrible woman that works here is super mean, disrespectful, and rude. I came here first thing in the morning, the whole place was almost empty, and the lady followed me around naggging me for a solid 15 minutes. I was nice to her while shear bonkers on me. Because I had "too much stuff" and was only using driers, not the washers. She kept dating "the driers are for the customers". Like wtf did she think i was? I was a paying customer. She then kicked me out told me to go somewhere else because she was so upset by how much i had (family of 5 here). This lady is absolutely insane. Zero customer service. Rude, disrespectful, shameful establishment.
