Was craving it turned out perfect and even got a free order of cinnamon twists
About 6:45 PM I called to ask about how much longer it would be before the pizza was delivered. I was informed that it would be another 60 to 90s minutes before our pizza would even be dispatched for delivery. I expressed that this was unacceptable and requested if anything could be done given the inconvenience. The individual who answered, asked the manger. He reported, nothing could be done, I could cancel the order or wait for it to be delivered. We decided to go and pick up the pizza. Again, I ask the manager if anything could be done due to the inconvenience. He expressed that was beyond his control and that there was nothing he could do because I had placed my order online. I explain that the online system indicated my wait time would be 52-62 minutes, and if it would have been longer I would not have ordered. He replied, “it’s not my fault their online system sucks.”
My experience here is always great! They always prepare my order correctly and the food always tastes great. They have awesome deals. You rock Domino's.
Nothing can beat domino's carryout deal, $8 for a large pizza. forget about it, employees are cool and nice. only had one little hiccup in the past, they just hadn't put my order in the oven which was cool so i just had to wait a little bit longer. no big deal at all though.
Ordered my pizza at 7:00pm, it’s now 8:48pm and I still have not received my pizza?? Called the store at 8:22pm and was told it would be here soon, at 8:45pm still no pizza. I called back and the person who answered the phone seemed to have cared less. I told him to just cancel the order, he first stated I had to tell the driver myself? then he stated he would just void it hisself and hung up the phone. Im very confused by this entire situation and I will never order from this Dominos again.
I then asked him if we could be reimbursed for the cost and he said that was not something he could do. He said that I needed to contact someone online, and further, if I did maybe someone would finally do something about the issues with the online system.
The manager was unprofessional and indifferent. He made excuses for the issue and never even apologized for the inconvenience. When we got back to the campus with the pizza it was not even hot anymore. On the bright side of things it was delicious.
