We will never go back to this Chili's again. It has really been going downhill for a long time! We think it must have very poor management!! We ordered a 2 for $22 meal which included an appetizer. The appetizers you're allowed to pick from are VERY BASIC! So we ordered chips with table made guacamole. The guacamole was made in the kitchen and brought to the table. It was very bland with no taste! My husband's meal was bland and dry with no taste! I had the ribs which were OK but my side of rice was bland, nothing in it, no taste. Eating paper would have been just as good. The service was not good and we waited 5 minutes at the door for someone to come out of the kitchen and seat us!! TERRIBLE!!
I have never had a poor experince at a chillis till now. First off had to wait 5 minutes to be greated and seated. Second the fries were cold when they came out. Bartender was very nice and a hard worker, unfortunately it seemed she had no help.
Food was delicious drinks & service was excellent. I can't wait to go back !!!
Quality of food was a big issue for my party. The chicken tasted as though it had been cooked 2 days prior and re-heated. Ranch dressing on salad was more like ranch water.
I doubt I will be visiting this location again.
Took my son here for veterans day since they had offered a free veterans meal. We were Sat at a dirty table, along with other multiple tables that werent cleared. Server seemed to be uneducated on the food they serve there, I had asked for a side salad i wanted to pay for to accompany my meal and was served a salad mainly loaded with brown lettuce along with 3 huge pieces of the core in it. Not to mention were never given any silverware or napkins, after waiting for about 5 min not seeing our server I had to venture out myself and ask for them. I had ordered the chicken bacon quesodia and my son ordered the pizza. When our dinner was finally brought to the table, my sons pizza was completely torched to the point he only wanted to eat the oranges and my quesodia pieces were the size of mini perogies, they were burnt and the majority of the pieces didnt have any chicken or bacon, only cheese. The general manager was pleasent and apologized about the expierience and offered had offered take care of our meals. Though my expierence was lowsey, I still tipped the waiter as I am someone the always leaves a generous tip even if the experience at the place was bad. Dont know what happened to this place, I had previously went there about 9 months ago before today and it was an amazing expierience. This place has really went down hill.
The waitress messed up two orders in our party. She was nice and apologized when we brought it to her attention.
