When it finally came, the waitress brought the wrong order. When she returned with our order it was still wrong. The waitress' response was, "What do you want me to do about it? "
This place is 100% a hit or miss. I've had so many problems with my orders that I just stop ordering. One time they forgot my things and instead of offering to replace what they didn't give me she offered me 20% of my next order. I'm sorry I'm not going to pay you again for you to give me what you forgot to put in my bag. Another time I asked them to put my ice cream in another container nope they put it right on top of the pie. Another time they once again forgot my food and the lady try to argue with me saying I didn't order what I order I pulled up my order and she got mad and try to short change me on me cancelling my order. They definitely need to work on their online and phone orders!!!
Hey folks, go to Denny's and say hello and welcome the new addition to the waitress staff Jazzy! TODAY is her first day!! Be kind, and patient! She's 16, and this is her baptism into the workforce!!
This is the worst service we have ever had and will most likely be the last time I ever go to Denny's as a result of this service.
I called them up to place an order. They told to hold for a moment, i was waiting and it took forever and no one bothered to talk to me. I disconnected and called back again, i told what happened in the previous call and she was not apologetic about it and instead of taking the order she was talking to other staff and when i got angry and said you are not taking my order, she said sorry and asked to proceed with my order. While i started to say my order again she again started talking to her staff. There is no respect for the customers This is ridiculous. I am not visiting/calling them again.
My service was horrible. I brought my wife and 84 year old mother in for breakfast after a doctor's appointment. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the hostesscashed out several people who walked up after we had come in.
Upon sitting down we were not offered any drinks or asked if we were ready to order. When we finally placed our order 15min later, we saw several people get served before us. When asked how much longer we were repeatedly told that it was on the way out.
Seated quickly. Friendly service and good food. Clean and relaxing atmosphere.
