I love this place its clean,friendly and a Super Park Manager and She's very kind and friendly person to know, and our maintenance guy is just as friendly and kind and willing to go the extra mile to do something for you! I should know this you guessed it We have lived in this park going on 6 years!!
Very quiet place to live. Would definately recommend over most mobile home areas. Traffic isnt a problem so walk as you please. And the river upfront is fun to sit and watch.
I was hired as a maintenance person, ended up being the entire parks outside janitor. Was given two left gloves to do the work. TWO LEFT GLOVES? I left after an hour.
The management leaves much to be desired as their is a stress on what Sun homes gets out of everything. A lot has changed since we moved in 3 years ago. Rent has sky rocketed and all because son homes thinks they can ask this much. Umm not sure who is making policies in the park's, I just know if you want something don't hold your breath. Feral cats, wild animals under your home all the time and neighbors who trash the place. Make sure you know what the history of the property you consider buying with these guys I've seen so many move in and then a year later they're moving out.
