Completely unprofessional. If you get harrassed by other people in the park and the so called manager in the office tries blaming me. Huh how pathedic. Ahe tries blaming me. I didnt stop my car and get i to the orher guys face. It was the other way around. They do t care about residents having music blasting. Was out cleaning yard one day and maintenance guys show up and blow all trash right nack in my yard. Seems this place likes looking nasty and ghetto. If you want peace and drama free living stay FAR AWAY.
I enjoyed living there til i realized they dont fix anything when u rent and they screw u over when u move out... Lies. Wont be going back
It's okay for the time being no serious complaints because I keep to myself. Only thing I can't stand is junky neighbors and trash blowing into my yard which I like my yard to look nice. I feel like people around here are dirty. Also found broken glass in my yard which was not there just last week. Also, kids leaving there bikes laying in my parking spot and playing in the road.. other than all that the staff is helpful and nice also a affordable place to live.
Manager assistant is a very rude person and will never tell any one to live there as long as she is manager assistant she dose not know how to speak to ppl and thinks that she is better then u when in reality she is worst then we r cause we work to pay rent not live for free
HORRIBLE PLACE! The lady who calls herself “manager” in the front office is a total racist! She made smart racist remarks to my mom and when I asked to speak to Wallie she said she was the manager and that we couldn’t speak to him? She always gets at us for the one way but yet she does it herself?! It’s disgusting the conditions the roads and surroundings. I don’t recommend this at all. It’s all a total joke people! Also, the smell of marijuana I always smell around the ‘community’ is so strong and disgusting! This place is deff not SAFE, not for children’s or anyone!
