Prices have doubled in the last 5 years. No benefits in the neighborhood that would explain price increases. Their excuse is that its in a good area which does not mean anything if they are not doing anything in terms of investment with doubling their income. I am looking to relocate, screw this place.
The management has change since we moved in and continues to get worse. They don't take care of things the lot rent goes up every year and there is no benefit or improvement. They constantly leave notices to do things to your home. Example cut the grass on Saturday and had another notice on Tuesday to do it again really am I supposed to do this 2 times a week? Do not answer phone calls once you live here and when you have a problem they say they are going to fix it and 3 years later I am still waiting but they want the oil spots off the driveway that have been there since before I moved in.

Everything Nikki had to say. Only more. We have been ready to call the cops on maitnence for stalking considering I'm a 19 year old girl and have been followed or watched on multiple occasions. Have gotten notices to take care of the grass before everyone in the house went on vacation. Got a notice 3 days later to do it all over again even though we were gone for a week. My grandpa moved in down the street from Florida and the first day he got to the Mobil home maitnence handed him a notice as soon as he pulled into the driveway to mow his grass (grandpa is in his 70s) and hadn't even seen the place yet. Also taunted the neighbors and walked through they're garden until they defended themselves and is now trying to evict them. Over all the management is childish and has ridiculous expectations considering all three people in my house work full time and also two jobs. We take care of our yard once a week and I eventually ripped my front garden out so its just dirt because we don't have time for it and kept getting notices for it. But then during the winter maitenence plows snow into the yards and then they try to blame it on the people whose yards it is. Guy literally tore our yard apart and pushed the snow onto our front deck and we were blamed for tire marks in the yard. So good luck to anyone new that moves in
